If you’re a Foot Health Practitioner who loves helping people but hates chasing bookings, juggling paperwork and driving all over the place, you’ll fit in well here. Wiggly Toes is built to make your working day calmer, more organised, and a lot more enjoyable. We run proper clinic days inside care homes and support settings, so you get steady work, clear notes, and residents who actually want to see you.
Our job is to give you the structure and support you’ve probably been missing. Your job is to turn up, do good work, and treat people kindly. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
Why work with Wiggly Toes?
You get to do the part you enjoy — the foot care — while we keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. No more guessing, no more chaos, and no more admin mountains waiting for you at home.
Here’s what you can expect:
● Regular clinic days in care homes and services
● Less travelling, more earning
● Clear processes and no dodgy “grey area” treatments
● Digital notes that take minutes, not hours
● A friendly team that answers the phone and actually helps
● Support with compliance, consent and safeguarding
We’re not building a huge faceless company. We’re building a team of people who care about doing the job properly.
What the role looks like
You’ll be running on-site clinics where residents come to you, one by one. The environment is calm, organised, and respectful — not rushed or stressful. You’ll get to know staff, build trust, and become part of the home’s routine.
You’ll be doing things like:
● Routine nail care and basic skin treatments
● Keeping clear, simple notes on each resident
● Raising concerns early if you spot something
● Working within your FHP scope (no drama, no risky stuff)
● Most importantly, you’ll leave knowing you actually made someone’s day a bit more comfortable.
● Who we’re looking for
● We don’t care about fancy titles. We care about attitude, safety and how you treat people.
You’ll be a good fit if you’re:
● A qualified Foot Health Practitioner
● Kind, patient, and good with older or vulnerable adults
● Happy using simple digital notes
● Clear about professional boundaries
● Reliable, honest, and easy to work with
I
f you can hold a normal conversation, follow infection-control rules, and turn up on time, you’re already halfway there.
What we offer
We want you to feel supported, respected, and part of something with proper standards.
You’ll get:
● Regular work
● A structured, predictable clinic setup
● Guidance on best practice and compliance
● Help with communication and scheduling
● A brand that’s trusted and keeps growing
● A team that actually listens to you
You’re not left to figure things out alone — we aim to make your job easier, not harder.
